minimally painful option. The procedure is carried out in less than 45 minutes
and is performed under a local anaesthetic.

Children's Podiatry (Pediatrics)
Raising children is a rewarding but challenging season. As a child develops it is normal to begin to question whether they are walking normally? In pain? Or even what footwear they should be wearing? This is why we recommend all children see a podiatrist annually for a check-up so any problems can be identified and addressed early. Our podiatrists’ are excellent with children and will work hard to make your little person feel comfortable and have a good experience. .

Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT)
Foot Mobilisation Technique
(FMT) is a treatment used to improve lower limb foot and ankle function by
identifying and treating stiff, mal-aligned and dysfunctional joints. This
technique involves treating the cause of your pain rather than just the
symptoms. By mobilising an individual joints this enables the body to utilise
its natural repair process to reduce pain and improve function.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a safe and
effective technique that involves using very fine needles to treat trigger
points in muscles. Trigger points are tight "knots" in a muscle that
can cause reduced muscle function, strength and lead to pain. Certain trigger
points can lead to referral pain into the foot or ankle. By utilising this
technique trigger points can be broken up and optimal muscle function restored.

Diabetes Foot Care & Assessment
Comprehensive foot
assessments are key to identifying any lower limb vascular or neurological
problems. This is especially important for patients with diabetes. Early
detection is vital in ensuring the best long term prognosis.
